1 General Terms

jeetba is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, slot games, cricket betting and various entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity that owns jeetba and the user of the platform ("Member" or "you").

These terms and conditions are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). The platform is operated for entertainment purposes only and responsible gaming is given the highest priority.

• These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, promotions and bonuses offered by jeetba.
• Separate special conditions may apply to individual games or promotions, and these will apply alongside the general terms and conditions.
• In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the decision of jeetba shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To become a member of jeetba, you must create a valid account. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete and accurate.

• Each individual may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number and payment details when creating an account.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Transferring or selling an account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

jeetba reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If identification documents, proof of payment method or other documents are requested, they must be provided within the specified time. Deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

• If required, a national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested as proof of age.
• If a member is found to have opened an account while under the age of 21, their account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.
• Allowing or facilitating minors to participate in gambling is a legally punishable offence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jeetba processes transactions only through recognised mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• The correct payment reference number must be provided at the time of deposit.
• Deposited amounts are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. If there is a delay, please contact the support team.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal timeframe: Payment is generally completed within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds.
• In the case of any unusual transaction, jeetba may request additional verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jeetba offers various promotional offers and bonuses. These bonuses are provided based on specific conditions.

• New members will receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit.
• For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.
• To withdraw the bonus amount, the wagering requirement must be met: 25 times (25x).

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per member, per household, per IP address or per device.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering is fully completed.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after the period expires.
• jeetba reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

6 Fair Play Policy

jeetba is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The platform follows SSL encryption and fair play guidelines.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which cannot be influenced by any individual or program.
• If any member attempts to artificially influence the outcome of a game, their account will be closed.
• Each member is given an equal opportunity to participate in tournaments or promotions.
• jeetba reserves the right to reclaim any winnings that were mistakenly paid out due to an error or technical issue.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, deception or unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or opening accounts in the names of family members.
• Using software bots, auto-clickers or any other automated method to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour towards other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

jeetba reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions.
• If required identity documents are not provided within the specified time.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transaction activity.
• At the member's own request under the responsible gaming policy.

If a member wishes to close their account, they may inform the support team via live chat or email. All wagering requirements will need to be fulfilled before the account is closed.

9 Limitation of Liability

jeetba accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If loss occurs due to an issue with the member's device, software or browser.
• Due to delays or errors in third-party payment systems.
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyber attacks or other unforeseeable events.

jeetba endeavours to maintain service quality by reasonable means; however, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• Members' information is not sold to any third party.
• Information may be provided to relevant authorities due to legal obligations.
• Payment information is stored in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

11 Responsible Gaming
